Our Return Policy at Timeless Creation is that you have 30 days to return you purchase from the day you receive your order. We want to hear from you within 7 days of when you get your order if you have any problems with the clock. If you ask for a refund after 60 days it will not be given. So we can take care of the problem in a way that everyone is happy. We don't want you to worry we are sending you a new clock.
