We will answer commonly asked questions.
1. Does the clock come with a guarantee? Yes, it comes with a 1 year guarantee.
2. Do We sell the Moonbeam Clock in other colors? Yes, If you let us know what color you want for example blue or pink. The pink moonbeam clock is out of stock right now.We will update you about the availability of the pink moonbeam clock when we know from the warehouse.The Pink moonbeam clock will be available. There are other colors available like green or purple.
3.What are our shipping rates? We use the shipping rates from FEDEX. Unfortunately the rates will be going up next year. We will work to keep our rates at a decent price. The rates for this year are $10 for shipping 7-10 days. Expedited shipping was $20. Overnight was $30. There is a FED EX surcharge 0f $2.20 depending on what zone you live in. We have included it already in the shipping price. We were letting you know why the price went up. We have given a shipping option for Canada & US. Please be careful to look at country when you do the check out process for the shipping.
4.If you want your order to be shipped out on the day that you order it. We ask that you place your order before 7am New York time. Orders placed latter will go out the next day. We are doing this to accommodate the holiday season.
5. We sell wall clocks that use batteries and not plugs. The moonbeam clock has a plug that is attached to the clock.
6.We are told that the New designed 1950's Yellow Moonbeam clock will be available in March 21st 2010.
7.Please read as this is very important when you chose the shipping method you must in the drop down menu choose 5-7 day shipping otherwise you will pay the Canadian shipping of $17.12 instead of $10.00.
8. Important security question. Is the web site secure so that we do not see your credit card information? Yes. We have been in touch with Pay Pal and we only see that you paid with a credit card & the billing information as to where to send you order. We want you to know that we do not keep any credit card information at all on site.
9. Shipping & Weight for the who are interested to know. We are actually not charging by weight if we did you would be paying at least $6.30 more per clock. We have checked on the FEDEX.com site. Where they tell how much it cost to ship by weight & how many items you are shipping.
